1. Refunds for Faulty Products:

   - Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the faulty product to initiate the return process.
   - We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or videos to assess the fault.
   - Once the fault is confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Exchange for Change of Mind Purchases:
   - We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. In such cases, we offer exchanges only.
   - To be eligible for an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product.
   - The product must be in unworn condition, with tags and packaging in original condition.
   - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
3. Personalised Products:
   - Please note that personalised products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are faulty.
   - If you receive a personalised product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact our customer support team within 14 days to initiate the return process.
-All personalised products are completed in house and are unique in nature. Placement of personalisation may vary and this is not considered a manufacturing fault but the nature of the item itself.
4. Sale Items:
   - Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are faulty.
   - If you receive a sale item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact our customer support team within 14 days to initiate the return process.
5. Product Colours and Variations:
-Please note that colours may vary slightly due to individual computer screen settings and lighting conditions.
-We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to what you see on your screen. Factors such as screen brightness, contrast, and color calibration can affect how colours appear.
-This is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not eligible for return based on colour variation. 
-If you are unsure or would like more colour information, please reach out to customer support team.
